This website for a high-end residential contractor sets it above and beyond other contractors and helps drive web traffic. We created the website in WordPress around the strategy of creating a searchable database of projects the the contractor can continually add to. The portfolio and content site is a very useable tool for customers and for search engine results with project images, captions and tags organized around categories. This provides potential customers different ways of finding what they are looking for from among hundreds of entries. And because every photo has a caption and tags that are organized around pre-determined keywords, the site is very search-engine friendly and has been a huge success for the client.
Magazine
To help Monmouth Custom Builders attract homeowners, we developed a magazine to showcase their capabilities. The magazine features their services in new home building, kitchens and quality craftsmanship, as well as their orientation on customer service and awards.
Brochure
We also created an upscale brochure to help them appeal to architects and designers. The theme of the brochure is “Partners in Perfection,†to demonstrate how the Monmouth Custom Builders views the relationship, and was a result of extensive research with architects and interior designers to understand their needs and how they work with contractors. The brochure shows how MCB respects architects’ design and helps deepen their relationship with homeowners.
Logo
When the firm first started, we developed their logo to reflects a sense of craftsmanship and authority. The logo has been serving the firm well on all of its printed marketing materials as well as signage, trucks and uniforms.
The logo was selected for the book Logo Lounge Volume 7.
Results
The marketing we have done for Monmouth Custom Builders over the past 8 years, including branding, business forms and presentation, uniforms and signage, have helped MBC become one of the fastest-growing remodelers in the country and has placed them on the Top 50 Remodelers list and Inc.
