CLIENT: Pratham USA

As part of a comprehensive brand update for Pratham USA that included a new website and fundraising materials, we created an email newsletter system for the organization. With 15 chapters around the United States staffed by volunteers, Pratham needed a way for the chapter heads to create email easily. 

Our solution was to create an email template system in Constant Contact. We developed a newsletter format for the national organization and then adapted the template for each of the chapters, with customized information for each.

The national organization can populate the template with two articles, and the chapters can add a local story about their chapter’s activity. This format makes it easy for chapters to send out emails on a regular basis with little effort.
