CLIENT: Seedco, EarnMore Program
How do you help thousands of job seekers move past a series of entry-level positions in order to achieve financial independence? Seedco, a national nonprofit organization with experience in workforce development, created the EarnMore Career Advancement program to address this problem and turned to Red Rooster Group to establish the brand and promote the program.
The marketing we developed included a logo and overall look and theme for the campaign, brochures, posters, career ladders that mapped paths in four industries, and a website. The program was pushed out to the career centers and has reached thousands of people. The results is that participants increase their weekly earnings an average of 58 percent.
Poster
The key strategy of the campaign was to dispel the notions about who could get help through the program. Posters hung at career counseling centers around the five boroughs of New York City were created to address this issue.

To help people learn what it takes to advance in their career, these career maps show the jobs, education and training.
Website
The centerpiece of the program is the website which organized around 3 main categories the correspond to people’s job search stages: Explore Careers, Getting the Job, Advancing in Your Career.
