CLIENT: Student Advocacy 2009-2010 Annual Report
Challenge
How do you demonstrate the impact that this educational advocacy organization has on students?
Solution
With the theme of Revealing Inner Stories, we wanted to visually demonstrate the obstacles that students overcome. For the 4 featured student stories, we used half pages to hide and image of the student problem, and them reveal the positive outcome. We used the stories to build up to the case for giving and had an actual appeal for donations in the annual report for the first time.
Results
The annual report allows donors to see the tangible evidence that the organization has on students lives. This report was printed on a dull coated stock in 2 colors, and the extra effect of the half sheets didn’t cost any more than the previous year’s report.
