- Determining what technology and systems we need in place to do fundraising effectively, such as a donor database that can and segment collect names from events and online donations.
- Determining what event marketing is needed to best promote events to participation and publicity.
- Prioritizing your marketing and fundraising needs and developing a plan for managing it.

How We Work
During our working sessions, we will guide you through a process to address your marketing challenges. How much we are able to accomplish will be based on how much time you would like to allocate to this process and how much responsibility you want us to take on. We will help you prioritize what is needed in order to get the most impact for your budget.
In order to ensure that you have an outstanding experience working with us, we have developed the following project management processes:
- In person meetings.
- Conducting standing weekly phone calls to review the status reports of the achievement of milestones and goals as well as assess and agree on priorities and upcoming deliverables.
- Tracking all time in Quickbooks.
- Formal presentation sessions as needed for key deliverables.
- Using Google Docs for all shared working files.
- Using Basecamp, an online project management system which allows the team to establish tasks, track milestones, and send out automatic reminders about items due. The system also allows the team to post and archive email messages and supporting documents for reference at any time during the process.
Monthly Retainer Fee
Clients often find it helpful to allocate a set monthly budget to marketing. We can craft a specific marketing retainer based on your specific needs and budget. We would delineate specific areas to be covered and allocate a set amount of time toward that monthly, and you can be confident in knowing that it is getting done.
- Fees start at $3,000 per month are based upon number of hours per month.
- A 9-month minimum is required in order to develop effective strategies.
- Marketing retainer payments are due at the start of each month.
